ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

Your electronic email receipt or confirmation of order does not necessarily demonstrate our successful acceptance of your order. If details such as billing information and shipping address are invalid, then we cannot successfully complete your order.

exploradium* does provide products to end-user customers and wholesale to businesses. However, exploradium* is entitled to refuse orders from individuals or businesses intending solely to resell our goods and services without our permission.

Your credit card / debit account will be refunded in the event that your order is not accepted.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product for defects within 5 days of delivery and notifying us in order to be eligible for a return or refund.

Through using this website, you agree that the use of this website is at your sole risk. exploradium* is not responsible for any losses or damages that are caused by this website or any website linked to this website.

DELIVERY:

The delivery times identified by exploradium* are estimates only. exploradium* will not be accountable for late deliveries or damage related to late deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES:

Some international orders may incur a customs or incur an import duty charge. exploradium* does not have any control over these charges nor cannot estimate what these charges will be, as these may vary depending on your countries regulations and compliances.

Any charges incurred are to be paid for by the customer upon the delivery of the good or service.

exploradium* reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any pricing errors including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged.

There may be duties, taxes, shipping and handling fees attached to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery. All credit card and debit card charges are in Australian Dollar currency regardless of your country. Non-Australian currency figures are estimations only and will vary according to the exchange rate. In the event of a conversion fee being incurred, exploradium* is not liable to pay these and payment of the conversion fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

exploradium* will happily exchange your item provided that the item and its packaging are in original condition with the original tags attached. Refunds or exchanges are not available on promotional, vintage, or sales items.

In the event of a sizing error, exploradium* will not refund or exchange any items. Buyers are responsible for consulting the sizing chart located within the product description in the web-store.

Exchanges for manufacturing errors can be made up to 3 weeks after the date of purchase.

Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and not the responsibility of exploradium*.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Due to health legislation and requirements, exploradium* does not accept the refunding of underwear products.

Due to health requirements, exploradium* does not accept returns or refunding for facemasks & bandanas.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before the goods have been dispatched, exploradium* can accommodate for order cancellations. If items have been shipped exploradium* reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, exploradium* reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the listed product at the incorrect price. exploradium* reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or Paypal charged. If your credit card or Paypal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, exploradium* shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the charge.
